When difficulties arise, many call centres are expensive and impersonal, with the operatives often having little practical knowledge and relying on a predetermined script. What happens should you need help when your Mac misbehaves; or your network goes down or you require onsite installation or support?

Reseller margins are now tighter than ever and this impacts on the resources available to deliver effective after sales care and support. In fact some small dealers have decided to opt out and their skills are now lost to end-users. At MAXResponse we believe the personal and professional service we offer is key to customer satisfaction and it is with regret that we can no longer offer free technical support or advice. After assessing the type of calls we handle, some queries can be solved relatively quickly whereas others take a lot of research and further discussions with many different parties. Therefore, for all future technical support and advice queries, a standard £25.00 (ex VAT) charge will be invoiced for each incident. This amount compares favourably to the charges levied by Apple and other premium rate support numbers.

These vouchers can each be redeemed against any single incident.
