Spring Clean

A couple of times a year it does no harm to give your computer a spring clean - get rid of all those 'temp' files which have been clogging up the hard drive, defrag the hard drive; make sure the OS and applications have had the necessary updates; rebuild permissions; check the PRAM/BIOS battery and replace if necessary;check for and adware etc etc. Clean the keybard and screen as well as giving the outer case a much needed polish. As my old Sergeant Major used to say "look after your kit and your kit will look after you".
